These Oatmeal Carmelitas made their way to Washington, D.C. where they spent the day with Flax and her beau as they wandered around our Nation's Capital... I bet those tourists in the background were confused and totally jealous of these swEEts.

Looks like they had a pretty good time, despite being the main course at the picnic ;)

Lobster Cookies in Newport

This batch of Lobster Sugar Cookies made their way to a family picnic up in Newport, RI. Mindy decided to share her cookies with her niece and nephew for a little after dinner treat. I think these beautiful blond children might be the new poster children for my cookies :)

Pecan Cookies in Georgia

I sent my former roomie, Andrea, some Pecan Vanilla Oatmeal Cookies recently and she just happened to enjoy them among the plants and flower in the Botanical Gardens at Georgia Southern University. Doesn't she just look like a little sprite among the foliage???

And lets just say knowing Andrea as well as I do, her other half was extremely lucky that she saved him some!

One of my best friends from grad school, Jed was sent some yummy biscotti to accompany his morning cup of joe. He's gotta keep warm somehow up there in Michigan! Did I mention he's getting his PhD?? GO JED!
